Dashboard

The dashboard provides you with a quick overview of your site. It's where you’ll find the status of your screens, access favorite bookings and find user overview and other information relevant for you.

You can switch between default dashboards for publishing, screens or users/groups or customize your own with the dashboard widgets.

Dashboard widgets​

The widgets allows you to customize your dashboard as needed. Toggle the widgets you want to show and re-arrange them in the order you want.

Some widgets allows you to change settings like the channels you want to see in the channel shortcut widget.

Publishing​

The publishing dashboard has widgets for your favorite bookings and shortcuts to channels available to you. You also have access to the in-app guides where you can find step-by-step instructions to learn more in Smartsign.

Screens​

The screen dashboard will show you a summary of the current status of the network connection and a license summary where you can get an good overview as an admin.

You can also see the screens in a map view which is good if your organization has screens in multiple locations.

Users and groups​

This dashboard will give you a summary of the users and groups used in the site. You can also see user activity for recently signed in and which users that recently have been invited.
